Side of Pork Custom Cut and Wrapped. Approx. 110 lbs hanging weight. After cutting and waste a side of pork will fill an average fridge freezer. Our butcher will contact you to arrange cutting instructions and package sizes. Included in the price is the pork, cutting, wrapping and curing of hams and bacon. Sausage making is extra - we don't recommend sausage as it is done in 100lb batches and uses up your hams and roasts! (call me and we will give you a good deal on sausages to go with your pack!)
